Sponsorships at Burritt on the Mountain

Sponsorships are invaluable to Burritt on the Mountain. To sponsor a festival, barnyard buddy, Free Day or other is to allow a need based school attend a field trip. It is to help our Educational Department purchase the supplies needed to give handouts for the children to take home. It is to allow an award winning singer to bring his or her music to the mountain. Our concerts, festivals and other fundraisers provide us with the funds to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives and building community through educational, artistic, and recreational experiences while preserving our heritage, land, and historic structures.

City Lights and Stars PDF Print E-mail
Jennifer_CLS City Lights and Stars brings in lots of people With a goal to make the best in classical, jazz, and world music accessible to everyone, City Lights and Stars has grown dramatically since its inception in 1994, when its audience was under 100 people for a single concert.  During the 2010 season, the series includes six concerts and has already attracted more than 700 people at the very first one.  Outside the walls of the traditional concert hall, talented nationally known and local musicians perform under the stars as the audience enjoys the fine music and Burritt's breathtaking view of the city of Huntsville.  To attract a wide spectrum of the community, including families, the atmosphere is strictly casual. Concert goers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and picnic suppers and enjoy the wine, beer and soft drinks sold at each concert.Sponsors of the concerts enjoy plenty of marketing exposure, dinners in the mansion at their individual concerts, and more! For more information on how to become a City Lights and Stars Concert Sponsor call Caroline Kelly at 512-5570.
