Bourbon and Beef Dinner

Bourbon & Beef go together, like “The View” and beautiful sunsets! Enjoy an “Irons One” bourbon cocktail and the most amazing view upon arriving to The View at Burritt. Chef  Shaun Devall of Peppered Pig fame will prepare an amazing culinary feast of four  amazing courses.Dinner will be served on the Baron Bluff Veranda as guest enjoy a painting worthy sunset over the city and conversation with old and new friends. Irons One creator Jeff Irons will be on hand to tell guest all about his very special local distillery. Full cash bar featuring Irons One Bourbon


Bourbon Bacon Jam Bruschetta  

Borsin cheese and fried shallots


1st Course

Pear Blue Cheese Beef Sirloin Salad  

Thin sliced chilled sirloin, bib & iceberg lettuce, radicchio, crumbled roquefort blue cheese, toasted black walnuts and white balsamic vinaigrette


2nd Course

Grilled Beef Tenderloin Arugula Gremolata

Lemon, roasted garlic greek potatoes and Tzatziki sauce



Bourbon Caramel White Chocolate Bread Pudding   Brioche, white chocolate chunks, bourbon caramel, candied pecans and fresh whipped cream
