Title: Chair Caning: “Herringbone Pattern”
Description: Have fun weaving a chair or stool seat with flat reed or flat fiber while upcycling an old chair in this class that is perfect for beginning and intermediate weavers! If you can count to three you can weave this pattern. All you need is a sturdy chair or stool, with four dowels at the top of the seat. So, bring a chair or stool and create your own new masterpiece. Weaving materials and tools will be available in class. If you are unsure if a chair you have will work for this project, please reach out to us at 256-427-5196 and we will put you in contact with the instructor.
Please note: If you don’t have a chair to bring, please send us an email (email@example.com) or give us a call at 256-427-5196 and we will arrange getting one for you.

She and her husband, Don, operate Chafin’s Chair Caning in downtown Arab.
