Come visit Burritt on the Mountain and discover why “Geology Really Rocks”! Make your own fossil, learn about the geology all around us, and hike our scenic trails while you discover the reason that Alabama is home to so many caves. While hiking we will search for an abandoned coal mine, a rock formation that looks like a breakfast food, and so much more. This exciting event will be fun for the whole family and get ready to rock and roll with Burritt!
