New Orleans Seafood Dinner

Dine to the sounds of New Orleans Jazz while enjoying the most amazing sunset over Huntsville!

Four course dinner prepared by, chef Shawn Duvall of Duvall Catering and Peppered Pig.



Jumbo Lump Crab Cake

Lemon caper remoulade and heirloom tomato confit

1st Course

Muffuletta Salad

Chopped romaine, iceberg, celery, red onion, kalamata and green olives, shredded smoked provolone and parmesan cheese, capicola ham, soppressata, mixed with  basil and oregano red-wine vinaigrette

2nd Course

Blackened Mahi-Mahi With Smoked Oyster Hollandaise

Sautéed spinach and tomatoes, creole dirty rice


Banana Foster Cheese Cake

Vanilla Cheese cake topped with warm brown butter dark rum bananas and cinnamon whipped cream

Social distancing practices will be in place.

Tables will be placed 6 feet apart and set per your seating request. No more than 8 guests per table allowed.

We ask that you wear a mask when arriving to the dinner. Servers will wear mask and sanitize between courses.
