Each one has amazing stories waiting for you to discover. \nPlay\, Create\, and Explore \nKids\, ages 4–12\, can jump into exciting activities: \n• Old-fashioned games that let you play like children in the 1800s \n• Heritage crafts and skills that let you see what it was like to make things for your family and home before modern conveniences \n• Panning for gemstones and fool’s gold at the sluice like the prospectors did during the Alabama gold rush of 1829 \n• Searching for the answers to the We the People scavenger hunt \nLearn on Your Way \nAt each stop\, find a few fun facts about the families that lived in the houses located in our historic park or scan easy QR codes for more in-depth knowledge about the past. (Adults will enjoy this too!) \nIt’s a day packed with discovery — celebrating the people\, places\, and moments that shaped our nation. What sets them apart is their exceptional ability to build up to the most electrifying concert\, incorporating\na perfect mix of funk\, R&B\, and Motown music. \nBring your chair\, blanket and picnic to enjoy the evening. Food trucks will be onsite with food & dessert available for purchase. Beer and Wine available for purchase. \nAbsolutely no outside alcohol please. \n\nExclusive Member Benefit\nMember Ticket Presale Opens March 15th at 10am\, General Public on sale April 1st at 10am \n\nOnline ticket sales end the day of concert at 4pm or until sold out! \nTicket purchases are non-refundable and considered a tax deductible donation. \nGates Open at 6:00 pm. Concert begins at 7:00 pm. \nConcert location is determined by weather forecast as of 3pm the day of the concert.  In the event of rain\, concerts will be moved to the Bendickson Family Pavilion. \nIf the concert must be cancelled due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control\, ticket purchases will be considered a tax-deductible donation to Burritt on the Mountain.
