Wooden spoons can be carved by hand with a few simple tools and wood gathered from your yard. By learning a few techniques, you’ll be able to make your own spoons for cooking, eating, decoration, or gifts. No experience necessary!
This beginners class will cover glass cutting, ’Tiffany style’ copper foil application, tinning and building dimensionally. You will take home a beautiful 3 dimensional star so that you always have a star to wish upon.
Using the forge, anvil, and basic hand tools students will learn to draw a taper, bend, flatten or spread, twist, and punch holes. Using these techniques they will make a unique set of key fobs to take home!
