Contrary to it’s much maligned reputation in the Southern US\,  Kudzu has long been valued not only as a natural fiber source but also for its many uses in food and herbal medicine. Stop by to learn more about this versatile vine and watch a basket take shape right before your eyes.  Free with admission.
