SUMMARY:Embracing Your Aliveness: A Mini-Retreat with Maria Brito
DESCRIPTION:Embracing Your Aliveness\nA Mini Retreat Experience at Burritt on the Mountain \nA 2.5-hour nervous system reset and sacred pause you didn’t know you needed. \nLife moves fast\, and most of us are running on a nervous system that never gets the memo to stop. Embracing Your Aliveness is a mini retreat designed to interrupt that pattern — a guided pause where you can drop out of your head\, settle into your body\, and remember what it feels like to actually be present in your own life. \nSet against the natural beauty of Burritt on the Mountain\, this experience blends nervous system regulation and somatic practices with life coach Maria Brito.  Maria’s coaching style has been called raw\, real and transformational.  No agenda to perform\, nothing to fix\, just permission to slow down and come home to yourself. \nWho This Is For \nThis workshop is for anyone who feels like they’re constantly “on”.  The woman who takes care of everyone else and rarely stops to ask what she needs\, the professional running on adrenaline and calling it productivity\, the person who senses they’re disconnected from their own body but isn’t sure how to find their way back. \nYou don’t need any experience at all!  This will be like dipping your toes into what it would feel like to go on any of Maria’s worldwide retreats. All you need is the willingness to show up and be still for a couple of hours\, bring an open mind and heart and get ready to learn some powerful life-hacking tools. If you’re craving rest that goes deeper than a nap\, and connection that goes deeper than small talk\, this is for you. \nAbout Maria \nLife Coach Maria Brito is back again to share her amazing mini retreat experience — one that’s been called life-changing by the women who’ve been through it. This gathering has sold out every single time\, and spots go quickly\, so you won’t want to miss it.  You can learn more about Maria by visiting her website www.Awakenwithmaria.com<https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=http%3a%2f%2fwww.Awakenwithmaria.com&c=E\,1\,PafFzJ9XaspZbQ8DU0bPtgS55wicnn5Bybok0dJ8kU5_MweoWo84c8mp-T3oec5BjFInUTuXkSG3R6lWD2p7tuUG6-x2IxaKi2ivZwm0nbc\,&typo=1>.
