Sprout and About

June 5th – 9th

Do you have a sprouting gardener in your home? Send your budding farmer to camp to learn about planting a garden, what makes a flower grow, why your pizza tastes so good and so much more. We will spend time in Burritt’s two gardens, hiking the trails, learning why bugs are good and bad for a garden, and will try some awesome food science experiments. This is just the beginning, so come ready to get your hands dirty and dig in the dirt.

Registration deadline: May 30th at 10pm

Camp days run from 9am to 2pm. Students should bring their own sack lunch, but Burritt will provide a snack each day. You may also choose to register for our extended day options with drop-off available as early as 7:30 a.m. and pick-up as late as 5:30 p.m.
