Burritt on the Mountain is thrilled to once again host our annual fall festival — Round Top Folk Festival! We are excited to hold an event that meets our mission of education, preservation and recreation so well. This is a wonderful opportunity for traditional skills, arts and crafts to be shared and preserved. We invite you to participate as an artisan vendor or demonstrator.
Round Top Folk Festival Field Trip Day – Friday, November 3rd
On Friday of the Festival weekend Burritt on the Mountain offers field trips for students grades K – 12. Field trip groups arrive at 9:00am and depart at 1:30pm. Approximately 25 classes rotate through the various presenters’ stations for a 10 to 12 minute demonstration at each station. This is a fun and busy day that teaches local schoolchildren about traditional arts and how their ancestors lived.
Round Top Folk Festival General Public Days
Saturday, November 4th from 10:00 to 4:00 and Sunday, November 5th from 12:00 to 4:00
For the general public, we spotlight traditional artisans and craftspeople in the historic park and throughout the grounds. Participating presenters and artisans are encouraged to engage with visitors, demonstrate their craft or skill and sell their handiwork.
Vendor Fee $50. However, if you present during Friday Festival field trip day, the vendor fee is waived.
Presenters/artisans can choose to participate on one, two or all three days.
All artisan presenter and artisan vendor applications will be reviewed and juried. Acceptance will also consider factors such as the overlap with other vendor products and consideration for the relationship to traditional or folk arts. Rolling acceptance will

Each exhibitor hereby releases the City of Huntsville, Arts Huntsville, Panoply Arts Festival and all of their employees, volunteers and board members from any and all liability arising from participation in the festival in any way, and for any reason, on or off park property, including theft of property or merchandise, booth, or any other property, etc., while booth is attended or unattended, including accidents, personal injury and breakage or property or merchandise. A signed liability waiver for the festival must be completed by all participants in the Art Marketplace upon check-in at the festival.
