Appetizer Plate

Cranberry and Peach Pork Loin Bruschetta

Grilled Mango Whipped Brie Spoon

Roasted Butternut Squash and Pumpkin Soup

Salad

Grilled Pear Salad of mixed greens, blueberries, raspberries, onions, sunflower seeds tossed in a signature vinaigrette.

Entrée

Grilled Filet topped with asparagus and an herb hollandaise sauce. Served with garlic whipped potatoes, steamed broccoli and a variety of artisan rolls.

Vegetarian Option – Grilled Portabella Stack with squash, zucchini and spinach over a bed of savory couscous.

Dessert

Raspberry Orange Flan – Caramel Custard drizzled with raspberry orange compote.

$145 per person – $70 is considered a tax donation to Burritt on the Mountain.
