Volunteer Opportunities

Women’s Work, Women’s Wear, Saturday, May 11^th  Volunteers will greet visitors and demonstrate tasks of women’s day-to-day roles as wife, mother, teacher, and their work off the farm. Visitors will wander through the 1800’s, see the changes in fashions, that the women of our cabin families would have worn and admired. Sign-up at Explore History – Women’s Work, Women’s Wear

Cocktails at The View – The View- an elevated Burritt experience! Volunteers will assist check-in, greeting, and serving guests.  Click on the month to sign up.  May – June – July – August – September – October

Summer Camp Counselors  – Be part of the fun as we enhance lives through our educational events. Burritt on the Mountain volunteers will enjoy new experiences and meet new people, while having fun in a historic and family friendly atmosphere. Camp Counselors to assist kids in grades K-5 with crafts, games, hikes and more. Counselors should be at least 14 years old, adults or teens are welcome. 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM and/or 1:30 to 5:30 PM.

City Lights & Stars Summer Concert Series, Volunteers will assist check-in, greeting, and serving guests. This is a great opportunity to volunteer and attend the concert for free!
