Burritt Nature Rangers Spring Camp, Wild Journey: Exploring Animals and Their Homes March 16th – 20th | Children in Grades K-5th Join us for an unforgettable adventure in Wild Journey: Exploring Animals and Their Homes Spring Break Camp! Designed for grades K-5, this week-long day camp lets kids explore the great outdoors at Burritt on the Mountain. Campers will immerse themselves in nature by hiking our forested nature trails (weather permitting), learning about animals around the world, and discovering the habitats they live in. Students will explore how each animal is perfectly suited to its environment.

Easter Jubilee 2026
Easter Jubilee 2026 at Burritt on the Mountain Saturday April 4, 2026, 11am-3pm Super egg-citing Adventures await at Burritt on the Mountain’s annual Easter Jubilee! Grab your Easter basket and join us on Saturday, April 4th, from 11am to 3pm. Collect eggs and treats from our frontier friends, pan for gems at our sluice, meet our barnyard animals and make some Easter crafts to take home. Don’t want the fun to end? Tour Dr. Burritt’s mansion, explore the We the People activities, or take a hike on one of our nature trails.

Uncorked: A Journey into Decorative Arts Friday, April 10 Baron Bluff at Burritt on the Mountain Doors Open 10:30am | Individual Tickets and Host Tables on sale Thursday, February 26th 10:00am Guest Speaker: Dr. Ken Rivenbark, owner of Rivenbark & Roper Antiques Join us for a champagne brunch and educational fundraiser in support of historic preservation. The event is designed to introduce guests to the fundamentals of identifying and understanding antiques while celebrating craftsmanship, material culture, and the care of historic objects.
Spring Farm Day 2026
Spring Farm Day 2026 April 18th | 10am – 4pm Join us for a taste of springtime on the farm Saturday, April 18th 10am-4pm. Visit our barnyard animals, experience historic skills, and learn about life on the farm during the 1800s. Visitors will be fascinated by the sheep-shearing and blacksmithing demonstrations. Learn how to card and wash wool, observe wool being spun into yarn, create an animal mask, and play with old-fashioned toys.

The band formed with a mission of keeping the legacy of Glenn Miller alive, and to help introduce newer audiences to the wonderful popular music from the big band era, played by local musicians.
