Salad: The Winter Event Salad – Mixed Greens, Pomegranate Seed, Dried Cranberries, Apples, Pears and Feta with a Honey Balsamic Dressing

Lunch: Herb Roasted Chicken with a Cranberry Drizzle, Roasted Potatoes, Green Beans and Carrots (GF)

Vegetarian Meal: Portabella Stack– Portabella, Mozzarella, Tomato, Grilled Onions, Squash and Zucchini

$100 per person – $70 is considered a tax donation to Burritt on the Mountain.
