February 11th | Appetizers  6 PM | Dinner  6:30 PM | $150 per person

 

Hosted in the Historic Balch House, this winter themed dinner has a menu created and curated by Chupper Time. Microgreens and edible petals, among other items, are provided by Creek Homestead.

Seating is limited, reserve your spot for this unforgettable evening. 

Cocktail Hour 

Petite serving of low-and-slow pork shoulder over Anson Mills stone ground grits, finished with mustard, micro-greens, and blackberry pepper jelly

 

1st Course

FORAGED APPALACHIAN SALAD

February greens, pears, toasted pecans, gorgonzola, and apple cider vinaigrette

 

Hearth Course

COLLARD GREEN & HAM HOCK SOUP

Cream-based, locally sourced collard green soup

with smoked ham hock

 

Family Style Entrees

CAST IRON STRIP STEAK

Cast-Iron seared strip steak finished with home-churned chili butter

&

HEART BRONZED-SALMON

Bronzed salmon finished with micro beets

and edible petals.
