The Seasonal Table: Autumn Harvest is a culinary experience blending the rich food traditions of North Alabama’s past with the creativity of acclaimed chef Brandon Crosby, Chupper Time—Food Network winner and Best Chef in Alabama recipient.
Hosted in the historic Balch House, this intimate supper features curated dishes inspired by the region’s 1858–1908 foodways, elevated by local ingredients. Guests will enjoy family-style favorites like maple-glazed pork loin, heirloom grits, and cast-iron blackberry cobbler.
