Come celebrate the upcoming winter season by making a beautiful stained glass snowflake. In this weekday class, we will be creating glass and wire snowflakes in this beginners class and as in the natural world, each of the snowflakes made will be uniquely beautiful.
This weekday class will focus on several basic forging fundamentals. Using the forge, anvil, and basic hand tools students will learn tapering, spreading, scrolling, bending, and riveting as they make hanger hooks perfect for hanging wreaths, stockings, plants and more!
We will learn how to do holiday doodles and have a brief lesson on hand lettering before we get into designing our gift bags. You will get to take home all of your supplies, plus two extra gift bags so that you can practice decorating more at home.
