Unleash your creativity in this hands-on ceramics workshop, where you’ll learn how to craft a beautiful slab-built tray or plate and explore the art of sgraffito for surface decoration.
In this workshop, students will learn several embroidery stitches and techniques. Students are encouraged to bring previous textile projects to embellish, as well as using their new skills to create something entirely new!
Come make a pretty presentation for tissue boxes. This intermediate class will provide you with instruction on how to measure and build a 3d glass re-usable tissue box cover.
Students will be instructed in how to remove, fold and begin to dry a piece of bark. They will take this unfinished basket and other supplies home to complete on their own later after drying. They will then be provided a preform basket and construct a basket (attach handle, rim supports, etc.) of their own.
