Spring Farm Day 2026 April 18th | 10am - 4pm Join us for a taste of springtime on the farm Saturday, April 18th 10am-4pm. Visit our barnyard animals, experience historic skills, and learn about life on the farm during the 1800s. Visitors will be fascinated by the sheep-shearing and blacksmithing demonstrations. Learn how to card and wash wool, observe wool being spun into yarn, create an animal mask, and play with old-fashioned toys.
During the class we will be kiln making frit and each necklace pendant will be composed differently. A full analysis of the firing schedules will accompany each pendant. Also, you will have a choice of various glass and textures for your projects. If you have ever been interested in fusing glass, this class will be an excellent starting point.
