Historic Food Preparation and Preservation | December
Cozy up in our festive kitchens to understand how our food was prepared before modern conveniences (and even standardized measuring!) and preserved in a time before refrigeration. We’ll learn how both smoke and water can help us keep food fresh. We will 100% also have a hands-on activity to prepare a holiday treat!
