    Jurassic Explorers June 8-12, 2026 Can you tell whether this tail bone comes from a T. rex or a Stegosaurus? Where do fossils come from? Just how big is a Velociraptor? Curiosity is at its peak—and it’s the perfect time for Jurassic Explorers! Burritt invites your young paleontologist to a dinosaur-themed adventure packed with hands-on science and imaginative play. Campers will use microscopes to explore cells, dig for “dinosaur bones,” create an erupting volcano, investigate “dinosaur eggs,” and hike the trail in search of limestone “pancakes,” fossils, and other natural treasures.

Campers will “journey” through America’s National Parks and iconic landscapes while learning about the people and places that shaped our country. We will learn about the President who started our National Parks service and the Buffalo Soldiers who were some of our first park rangers. Campers will also experience daily life as it might have been for children during the founding era of our country through interactive activities, historical games, and creative projects.
