Celebrate Huntsville Music Month! Music on the Mountain Sunday, September 15th 12:30pm – 4:30pm Enjoy some old-time favorites as you wander through our Historic Park and listen to musicians share their love of making music the old-fashioned way. Visit for an hour or two or bring a picnic lunch and spend the day on the mountain. Admission includes a trip to the Burritt Mansion and/or hiking our trails. In this four week class students will build on skills to make bigger and better bowls, mugs with handles, and other forms. This class is also a good refresher if it has been a while since you've used a potter's wheel. Beginners are also welcome.
Experience the music, rhythms and dances of various countries such as England, Scotland, and beyond in this four week class. No prior experience needed!
Brighten your day with a cheerful Sunshine Tea Set! In this class, students will learn the basics of crochet while creating a set of cotton coasters, a pitcher mat, and a keyhole towel. All supplies are provided, and all experience levels are welcome.
