Reptile Day Saturday, July 12 10 am-4 pm Burritt on the Mountain is excited to partner with The North Alabama Zoological Society and Beth Girard, a naturalist with Tim’s Ford Nature Center, for Reptile Day. NALZS will showcase their reptile ambassadors, and Beth Girard will bring her menagerie of reptiles, including a legless lizard and a blue-tongue skink. Burritt will also introduce you to our education snake ambassadors! Not only will you get the chance to learn about these incredible creatures, but we will also have engaging craft activities for kids to create.
2025 marks our 70th Anniversary and the 32nd Season of the City Lights & Stars Concert Series at Burritt on the Mountain Brassfield | July 18th Gates Open at 6:00 pm. Concert begins at 7:30 pm. Brothers Bradley and Chadley Brassfield and Chadley’s wife, Jessie Rose Brassfield, have a wonderfully unique combination of just the right ingredients to set them apart from other acts in music today.
