Wire wrapping in jewelry can be found in a wide variety of techniques. In this class, you will gain an introduction to my technique that is perfect for any skill level and leave with a beautiful bracelet.
These lovely hearts are perfect for beginners as well as those with a little experience in stained glass. We will be cutting, grinding, foiling, tinning and soldering the glass; then assembling the dangling hearts using some jewelry techniques. A choice of colors will be available.
UPDATE! Birding at Burritt has been moved to Saturday, January 27th! Birding at Burritt January 27 | 10am-4pm Join us for “Birding at Burritt” to chase away the winter blahs. This family-friendly, fun-filled day includes a falconry presentation, an Audubon Society-led guided hike, and a visit to the Barnyard. Enjoy “Beauties of the Sky,” an hour-long presentation by Tommy Howell showcasing his collection of unusual birds. Bird-themed crafts will be offered in the Historic Park for children’s enjoyment.
