Nature Rangers Camp: Barnyard Bonanza

July 22nd – 26th

For children in Grades K-5th

9:00 – 2:00 with extended day options available

What does it take to get cornbread on the table?  How many eggs do chickens lay in a week?  Can we really feed a family without modern day appliances?  Burritt on the Mountain welcomes campers to our Historic Park to dig into the ways of farming- past and present.  We learn fun facts of caring for our animals, growing our own food in the garden as well as creative ways to use natural resources around us to make everyday goods.  Campers will experience hands-on farm life, get to know our animal friends on the Burritt farm, enjoy old fashioned games, and folk life crafts.  Get ready for a week full of outdoor adventures and unforgettable fun!

Registration Deadline July 16th.  $185 members, $235 non-members

Extended Day slots are limited. Please register your child for any extended day options when you reserve your spot for camp.
