Instructor: Lindsey Boothe is a lifelong resident of Appalachia and has been a traditional spoon carver for most of her adult life. “I have a deep passion for my Appalachian heritage and for the people here. A lot of that has to do with the strong communities you’ll find throughout the region. I am working to bring those back.” In addition to  spoon carving, Lindsey loves to prepare traditional Appalachian foods for her family and friends.
