Using the forge, anvil, and basic hand tools you will learn to draw a taper, bend, flatten or spread, twist, and punch holes. Using these techniques you will make your own wall hooks to hang your things!
You like working in clay and have already made your first bowls or mugs on a potter's wheel. Now you want to do more. In this class you'll build on your basic skills to make bigger and better bowls, mugs with handles, and other forms.
This advanced class will focus on the steps needed to make your own blacksmith tongs. Each student should complete a basic set of flat jaw tongs, and have the working knowledge to make other tong styles.
