Let’s celebrate the coming of spring by making these fanciful fused glass birds. You will be able to choose from a variety of colors and patterns for each bird. This beginners class will include glass cutting and information about glass fusing.
This workshop will introduce you to the basics of spinning your own yarn. Come meet our sheep, spend time learning how to use a drop spindle, and try your hand at a spinning wheel.
This class will focus on several basic smithing fundamentals. Using the forge, anvil, and basic hand tools you will learn to draw a taper, bend, flatten or spread, twist, and punch holes.
Face jugs have a long tradition in many cultures, including the American South. Styles of face jugs range from realistic to highly fantastical. In this class you'll be provided with a basic wheel-thrown jug or mug (your choice) to decorate using hand-building techniques to create a face that is uniquely yours.
