Face jugs have a long tradition in many cultures, including the American South. Styles of face jugs range from realistic to highly fantastical. In this class you'll be provided with a basic wheel-thrown jug or mug (your choice) to decorate using hand-building techniques to create a face that is uniquely yours.

Busy on the weekend? The class will cover all aspects of building a panel plus how to construct and attach an overlay. Two classes in one session! Beginners are welcome.
