Reptile Day with North Alabama Zoological Society & Alabama Wildlife Federation 10am-4pm Burritt on the Mountain is excited to partner with hte North Alabama Zoological Society (NALZS), Avy Elmore with the Alabama Wildlife Federation, and Beth Girard, a retired natural resource educator and Tennessee Naturalist program volunteer, to present Reptile Day. NALZS will bring their reptile ambassadors Noodle, a DeKay’s brown snake, Twickenham, the Sulcata tortoise, and Moose, the Cumberland slider turtle, which they will use to teach the differences between turtles and tortoises. NALZS representatives will also introduce you to a new surprise reptile.
Wire wrapping in jewelry can be found in a wide variety of techniques. In this 2 hour class, you will gain an introduction to my technique that is perfect for any skill level. At the end of class, you will have a beautiful bracelet.
